Nest Expressions is a privately owned retail company. Bob and Janine Klein started the business in 1999 buying a franchise territory from Carpet Network. Nest Expressions provides in home consultations of flooring and window treatments to residential and main street commercial markets. Focusing on a superior customer service culture, Nest Expressions has experienced steady growth over the 16 plus years in business. Nest Expressions has maintained an excellent reputation in the market place focusing on the Northern Allegheny and Southern Butler Counties of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.
With a positive outlook for continued future growth and successful history over our the past 16 years , we are positioning our business for future growth and the continuation of meeting the ever changing demands of our clients and market.

COMPANY HISTORY
In January of 1999, Bob and Janine Klein purchased a franchise territory from Carpet Network of Mt. Laurel, NJ. The Carpet Network franchise offered a retail mobile business opportunity in the flooring and window treatment industry. Bringing a long history of sales, management and product merchandising/buying along with them, Bob and Janine where excited to embark on the new opportunity of business ownership. Having worked for larger companies for 20 plus years and experiencing the frustrating reality of lack luster customer service, they approached this venture with the commitment to set themselves apart by offering a higher level of personal project management and customer service not offered by most traditional retailers or larger “box” stores. While associated with the Franchise the Klein’s earned a significant number of awards. These awards included: “Rookie of the Year”, “Highest Window Treatment Sales” (for 10 consecutive years), “Highest Customer Satisfaction” (for 5 consecutive years), “President’s Club” (recognizing the best over franchise), “Highest Sales” (for 5 consecutive years) and “$100,000 Club” (awarded to Franchisees who achieved sales of $100,000 or higher in a single month). Additionally, the Klein’s and Nest Expressions has been awarded an A+ Rating with the BBB, with no complains on file in their 15 year history. Also, Angie’s list Super Service award three consecutive years and the Best of Houzz award for two years.
In 2011 the CEO of Carpet Network Corporate, due to health reasons, made the decision to merge with another franchise. Not being able to merge because our territory overlapped with an existing franchise owner, we decided to go independent and rebrand the business. It was our feeling that the name Carpet Network was too limiting and was not representative of the personal level of service we brought to the market place. We engaged the services of a Branding Specialist in our market and rebranded the business to Nest Expressions. New logos, van wraps and merchandising support was created around this new brand. We invested significant resources to develop a fashion forward, client engaging look and marketing plan. Our goal was to communicate to our target client base that we are Professional, Convenient, Affordable and Knowledgeable; providing the perfect solution for our clients decorating tastes and lifestyle. In the nearly two years since this transition, the new name and brand has been positively received by our new and existing clients.
